Dancin’ Easy performs for Coronation Party ‘Picnic In The Park’ Up Hatherley Cheltenham

Dancin’ Easy was really pleased to perform for yet another outdoor music event in Cheltenham – ‘Picnic In The Park’ in aid of the Queen’s 60th Anniversary.

It was a lovely hot day and the scene was set with Union Jack flags, bunting and various stalls to make a perfect family day out.

Despite the heat, the band put on an energetic performance as always and the audience were only too pleased to partake in a bit of flag waving, singing and dancing.

Massive thanks to Dave Banyard who booked the band and organized the event, he deserves a medal after last year’s Jubilee event was a wash-out due to the VERY wet weather.

We really enjoyed the day and it was all systems go after the event as we rushed off to our second booking of the day in Andoversford.  Thankfully, it was a bit cooler by then!
